Sylvain Darrigues Originally from France, I’ve been working in Japan for over six years as a photographer and creative director, specializing in contemporary fine art and editorial portraiture. With a background in visual arts and a deep passion for storytelling, I don’t just take photographs, I craft cinematic, story-driven experiences infused with a distinctly French editorial sensibility. Influenced by the refined aesthetics of Japan and the bold elegance of European style, my work seeks to capture not only appearances, but the unique essence of every individual. Whether in traditional kimono, modern fashion, studio settings or natural light, each session is carefully designed to be rich in beauty, emotion, and meaning.
