⚠️ 撮影・納品について
所要時間は、内容とヘアメイクに合わせて事前にご案内します。一般的な目安は1時間半〜4時間、PORTFOLIO & BRANDINGはヘアメイクを含め6時間前後です。
衣装はご持参ください。事前にイメージや組み合わせをご相談いただけます。
セレクトJPEGは、テストカットや重複などを除いた写真です。記載のレタッチ枚数は、その中から仕上げる写真の枚数です。
通常の納期と納品方法は、ご予約前にご案内します。ポートフォリオ・カードの印刷費は含まれません。
撮影内容の変更や追加は、事前にご相談ください。追加料金が発生する場合は、内容と金額をご確認いただいてから進めます。
⚠️ ご予約・お支払い
お見積り内容をご確認のうえ、総額の50%を予約金としてお支払いいただいた時点で、ご予約が確定します。予約金は撮影料金の一部に充当し、残金は撮影当日までにお支払いください。お支払い方法は、ご予約時にご案内します。

お客様のご都合によるキャンセルには、以下を上限としてキャンセル料が発生します。割合はすべてお見積り総額に対するものです。

お支払い済みの予約金はキャンセル料に充当し、重複して請求することはありません。過払い分は返金し、不足分がある場合は差額をお支払いいただきます。
キャンセル料は、同種の契約で通常生じる平均的な損害の額など、法令で認められる範囲を超えないものとします。受付日は、ご連絡いただいた日付（日本時間）を基準とします。
日程変更は、空き状況と手配済みのスタジオ・ヘアメイクの条件を確認してご案内します。変更に伴う費用が発生する場合は、確定前にお知らせします。
悪天候などで撮影が実施できない場合は、日程変更をご相談します。振替ができない場合は、未実施分の代金を返金します。撮影者都合による中止の場合は、お支払い済みの撮影料金を全額返金します。

From creative direction to photography and finishing, each project is shaped around your personality and how you plan to use your images.
All prices include tax. Every package includes a pre-shoot consultation, lighting and posing guidance, and a selection of JPEG images.

For private clients aged 18 and over. Studio, hotel and other venue fees, as well as hair and makeup, are charged separately. Photography must be permitted at the chosen location.

Brand imagery, lookbooks and advertising visuals. Production is quoted according to the project. Usage fees are quoted separately based on purpose, media and duration.

YOUR SESSION & DELIVERY
The time to allow is confirmed in advance according to the project and hair and makeup arrangements. As a general guide, allow 1.5–4 hours, or around 6 hours for PORTFOLIO & BRANDING, including hair and makeup.
Please bring your own outfits. We can discuss styling and combinations beforehand.
Selected JPEGs exclude test shots, duplicates and similar images not retained in the selection. The stated number of retouched images refers to photographs finished from within that selection.
Standard delivery times and methods are confirmed before booking. Printing of portfolios and composite cards is not included.
Please discuss changes or additions to the project in advance. Any additional work and charges will be agreed before proceeding.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Your booking is confirmed once you have approved the quotation and paid a deposit of 50% of the total. This deposit forms part of the photography fee. The balance is due no later than the day of the shoot. Payment methods are provided when booking.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
For cancellations initiated by the client, the following are the maximum cancellation charges. All percentages apply to the total quoted amount.
4 or more calendar days before the shoot: 50%
3 calendar days before the shoot through to the day before: 75%
On the day of the shoot or for a no-show: 100%
Any deposit already paid is credited towards the cancellation charge and is not charged again. Any overpayment is refunded; if an amount remains due, only the difference is payable.
Cancellation charges will not exceed the limits permitted by applicable law, including the average loss arising from comparable contracts. The date of your cancellation message, in Japan Standard Time, determines the applicable period.
Rescheduling depends on availability and the terms of any studio or hair and makeup arrangements already made. Any associated charges will be communicated before the change is confirmed.
If adverse weather or similar circumstances prevent the shoot from taking place, we will discuss rescheduling. If a replacement date cannot be arranged, payments for services not provided will be refunded. If the photographer cancels for reasons on their side, all photography fees paid will be refunded.
